Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using SirtakPlus (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use SirtakPlus.

2. What SirtakPlus does

SirtakPlus is an AI-assisted platform for résumé analysis, ATS-readiness checks, job matching, LinkedIn optimization, and tailored CV generation.

The Service helps you present your real experience more effectively. It does not, and will not, invent experience, qualifications, or skills on your behalf — suggested skills are added only after you explicitly confirm them.

3. Your content and accounts

You retain ownership of the résumés, job descriptions, and other content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You confirm that the content you upload is yours to use and does not infringe anyone else's rights.

4. AI-generated output

Scores, match estimates, and generated text are produced with AI and are provided for guidance only. ATS systems differ between employers, so no single readiness or match score is guaranteed to reflect any specific employer's system.

You are responsible for reviewing any generated CV before submitting it to an employer.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Prices may be shown in your local currency. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time from your account.

Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to bypass usage limits, uploading malicious files, scraping the Service, or using it to create misleading or fraudulent applications.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms. On deletion we remove your data as described in our Privacy Policy, keeping only records we are legally required to retain.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that using SirtakPlus will result in any interview or job offer. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
