Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

SirtakPlus (“we”, “us”) provides an AI-assisted résumé analysis platform. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the rights you have over it. We apply these protections to all users regardless of where you live.

2. Data we collect

We collect only what we need to provide the Service:

• Account data — your name, email, and authentication credentials.
• Résumé content — the files you upload and the structured profile we extract from them, which may include sensitive personal data you choose to include.
• Job and application data — job descriptions you paste, match results, and any applications you track.
• Billing data — handled by Stripe; we store only subscription status, not full card numbers.
• Usage and technical data — limited logs, device/session identifiers, and abuse-prevention signals (e.g. for free-scan rate limiting).

3. How we use your data

We use your data to analyse and score your résumé, match it to jobs, generate tailored CVs, operate your account and billing, prevent abuse, and improve the reliability of the Service. We do not sell your personal data.

4. AI processing and sub-processors

To deliver AI features, relevant content (such as résumé text and job descriptions) is sent to third-party processors under contract, including LLM and embedding providers, file storage, and payment and monitoring services. These providers process data only on our instructions.

5. Storage and security

Files are kept in private object storage accessed via short-lived signed URLs, and data is encrypted at rest and in transit through our managed providers. We restrict access to personal data and validate uploaded files for type, size, and ownership.

6. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account or specific content, we remove it as described below, retaining only records we are legally required to keep (such as billing records).

7. Your rights, including deletion

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. When you request deletion, we remove your raw résumés, generated files, extracted profile, embeddings, and we delete or anonymise your match results and owned job records — while keeping legally required billing records and writing an audit log of the action.

8. Anonymous free scans

If you run a free scan before registering, we process it under a temporary anonymous session. When you create an account, that scan can be linked to your new account so you don't lose it; otherwise anonymous session data expires.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy; material changes will be communicated through the Service.
